VINDAS trân trọng thông báo Đợt phát hành đầu tiên Tài sản mã hóa FSV (Fine Silver Vietnam) Token — được bảo chứng bởi bạc vật chất, phát hành trên nền tảng F-Silver, triển khai theo đúng khung pháp lý thí điểm của Nghị Quyết 05/NQ-CP.

VINDAS is pleased to announce the first issuance of FSV (Fine Silver Vietnam) Token — a crypto asset backed by physical silver, issued on the F-Silver platform, in compliance with the pilot regulatory framework under Resolution 05/NQ-CP.

 

I. TỔ CHỨC PHÁT HÀNH / ISSUING ORGANIZATION

Tên tổ chức: Công ty Cổ phần Đầu tư và Quản lý Tài sản Số Việt Nam (VINDAS).

Issuing organization: Vietnam Digital Asset Investment and Management Joint Stock Company (VINDAS).

Mã số thuế/ Tax code: 0110972047. 

Trụ sở: Tầng 16, Tòa nhà Sudico (HH3), đường Mễ Trì, Phường Từ Liêm, Thành phố Hà Nội.

Head office: 16th Floor, Sudico Building (HH3), Me Tri Street, Tu Liem Ward, Hanoi.

VINDAS đóng vai trò đơn vị phát hành Tài sản Mã hoá; hoạt động phát hành Token FSV được thực hiện theo đúng trình tự công bố thông tin quy định tại Nghị Quyết 05/NQ-CP, dưới sự giám sát của Ban Quản lý Tài sản Mã hóa (BQL TSMH - UBCK).

VINDAS acts as the issuer of the FSV token issuance follows the information disclosure procedures set out in Resolution 05/NQ-CP, under the supervision of the Crypto Asset Management Board (State Securities Commission of Vietnam).

 

II. THÔNG TIN ĐỢT PHÁT HÀNH / ISSUANCE INFORMATION

  • Ký hiệu Token/ Token Symbol: FSV Token

  • Ngày phát hành/ Issuance Date: 06/08/2026 (August 06, 2026)

  • Khối lượng phát hành/ Issuance Volume: 2,000 Tokens

  • Đối tượng tham gia / Eligible Participants: Nhà đầu tư nước ngoài đăng ký trực tiếp với VINDAS (Overseas investors registering directly with VINDAS)

Đây là đợt phát hành đầu tiên, mang tính chất thí điểm có kiểm soát, được VINDAS triển khai thận trọng theo đúng quy định pháp luật hiện hành và chủ trương của Nghị Quyết 05/NQ-CP.

This is the first issuance, conducted as a controlled pilot, implemented prudently by VINDAS in strict compliance with current regulations and the policy direction of Resolution 05/NQ-CP.

 

III. TÀI SẢN CƠ SỞ / UNDERLYING ASSET

FSV là token bạc số hóa; tài sản cơ sở là bạc nguyên chất 99,9%, lưu ký tại kho lưu trữ bạc vật chất uy tín.

FSV is a tokenized silver asset; its underlying asset is 99.9% pure silver, held by a reputable custodial storage provider.

Mỗi FSV tương ứng với một lượng bạc vật chất xác định, đảm bảo nguyên tắc bảo chứng bằng tài sản thực — nhà đầu tư sở hữu Token đồng thời có quyền đối với tài sản thực tương ứng.

Each FSV corresponds to a defined quantity of physical silver, ensuring the principle of real-asset backing — token holders simultaneously hold rights to the corresponding physical asset.

Investors should note related risks, including: silver price volatility, legal risk during the ongoing development of the pilot regulatory framework, and platform operational/technology risk. Full details are provided in the Prospectus.
